Apple Brickle Dip

8oz Cream Cheese softened
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 package English Toffee Chips (found in baking section, Heath Bar bits work as well)

Cream together and serve with sliced apples. Granny Smith taste the best, I think!
