Mom Lin's Scratch Brownies

1 1/2 cup butter
8 tbsp coco powder
3 cups sugar
2 cups flour
6 large eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla
(dash of cinnamon)

Melt the butter and mix coco into until well mixed. Pour into bowl. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt and mix well. Then add two cups of flour and mix well. Prep baking sheet (large sheet for Texas sheet cake size) and add mix. Bake at 350 for 22 min or so. Check middle with toothpick to ensure finished. DO NOT over bake!

Brownie Frosting

1/2 cup butter
3 tbsp coco (the more, the better)
1 box powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk

Melt butter and mix coco into until well mixed. Pour into bowl. Add powdered sugar slowly, and milk. Add more powdered sugar if too runny. After brownies have cooled, frost and enjoy!

(To keep frosting fresh, put SLIGHTLY damp paper towel on top of frosted brownies after frosting has dried)
