Pumpkin Cholocate Chip Cookies

2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 15oz. can of pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips

2. Bake at 375o for 12-16 minutes.
Be careful not to over bake, they will look not quite done when they are done because of the pumpkin color.
3. Try not to eat all the batter before putting them on the pan. That's the tough part!
