1. Take a small sip of sprite
2. grab a saltine and suck on the endge for a second
3. take a small bite of saltine and then a small sip of sprite
4. repeat process until stomach regains normalacy

uh oh, I am sorry your tummy is not feeling very good. That's the worst. Here here on the Sprite and soda crackers. They work like a charm!
