Cherry Delight!

Jen, I tried your "Pumpkin cookies with Penuche frosting" YUMMY!! Tonight I think I am going to have Jaren make the "Pizza Bake." This blog is fun to have. Now I will post a recipe too.
We have all enjoyed Mom's recipe for Cherry Delight, well I thought it might be yummy to play with the crust a little and add pecans. SOOOOOO GOOD! Here is the recipe just in case you don't already have it.

CRUST
2+cups crushed graham crackers
4-5 TBS Sugar
1/2 C Margarine, melted

(When I made the crust I just decreased the cracker crumbs by 1/2 cup or so and replaced them with the same amount of finely chopped pecans)

FILLING

8 oz package Cream Cheese
1/2 C Sugar
1 C Sour Cream
8 oz Whipped Topping
